My nasty neighbor claims he surveyed the land between the homes. We would like to see the survey. Were they required to file with the state of New Hampshire?

im on the association board where i live in florida in a townhouse. we are currently redoing the parking lot. the contractor we hired has requested we do a land survey additionalysaying its not included in the original contract so we have to pay an additional 00.is this something that ...
